* The offer applies to the new sales reserved between 7th April and 25th April 2025 only. To be eligible you will need to reserve your home by 25th April 2025 and exchange contracts by 6th June 2025 and is subject to contract and status. The offer is not redeemable for cash or available in conjunction with any other. The offer is to buy either a Hotel Chocolat Hamper, a National Trust Voucher or a home improvement voucher. The maximum value of the offer is £150 excluding VAT. The hamper or vouchers will be given to you after completion. The cash equivalent is not available. The offer does not apply if you withdraw from the purchase of your home.

Following withdrawal or termination of any offer, we reserve the right to extend, reintroduce or amend any such offer as we see fit at any time.
By offering a financial incentive in return for an immediate decision to reserve or buy a new home (in the case of time-bound events such as Black Friday or launch events etc.) customers will be given 7 days to consider the purchase - even if this goes beyond the incentive timescale - during which time the incentive (but not any specific home) will be held open for them. Sales teams will be clear with customers who wish to take this additional time, that the home could still be sold to others.
