Persona Homes adheres to the Consumer Code and the New Homes Quality Code (NHQC). These independent industry codes both drive sector-wide improvements in build quality and customer service and provide further protection for all new homeowners.
Customers who reserve their home on or before 31st December 2023 are protected by The Consumer Code. Customers who reserve their home after 1st January 2024 are protected by the New Homes Quality Code.
Either way, you’re in safe hands with Persona Homes; all our colleagues have completed training to reflect the Code’s requirements and the updating of procedures and systems.
