Persona Homes adheres to the New Homes Quality Code (NHQC). NHQC is an independent industry code established to champion quality new homes and deliver better outcomes for all new homeowners. All our colleagues have completed training to reflect the Code’s requirements and the updating of procedures and systems, meaning you're in safe hands.
Reservations taken from 2nd March 2026 are covered by version 2 of the code (March 2026), and reservations taken before 2nd March 2026 are covered by version 1 of the code (October 2023). You can read the latest version of the NHQC code here.
