The process is fairly simple
Once you've chosen which one of our homes is perfect for you, we will arrange via our partner, for a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors valuation of your current home, giving you the peace of mind that this is carried out by a fully qualified surveyor.
Citrus PX will put forward an offer to purchase your property which your Persona Homes host will discuss with you. As part of this, you will also learn what price Citrus PX intends to market your home for. Citrus PX is part of the Citrus Group, a real estate investment and development company.
If you are happy to go ahead you will then need to complete an acceptance form.
Your current home will not be placed on the market for resale until you have completed the purchase of your new home, so no need to worry about viewings.
The important part. At this stage we will ask for the reservation fee, once we have received this you will have officially reserved your home!
Your Persona host will keep in touch with you along the way to keep you updated with the progress of your sale right up to the day you complete.
Congratulations! Before you know it your Persona Homes host will be handing you the keys to your new home.
